# Opening Checklist

Daily opening checklist for Marna Coffee.

- [ ] Turn on all shop lights.
- [ ] Heat up the oven.
- [ ] Turn on the espresso machine.
- [ ] Turn on the E65S espresso grinder.
- [ ] Turn on the PuqPress and make sure it is set to 14.
- [ ] Turn on the dishwasher.
- [ ] Star dialling in the espresso machine once the machine is ready (~93°C).
- [ ] Put the pastries in the oven and set the timer.
- [ ] Take the cakes out of the fridge and set up the cake display.
- [ ] Make the batch brew.
- [ ] Fill the tap water jugs.
- [ ] Put the outside furniture out.
- [ ] Put the pavement sign out.
- [ ] Put the water bowl out.
- [ ] Turn on the bottled drinks fridge display lights.
- [ ] Turn on the milk fridge display lights.
- [ ] Turn on the printer.
- [ ] Turn on the music.
- [ ] Turn the ‘open’ sign.
