# Standard Workday

Tasks to be completed in a standard workday. Complete them out of order, but use it to log your time and more.

- [ ] <mark>Review your calendar and task manager</mark> for today’s actions, adjusting your task manager as needed to design an attainable day.
- [ ] <mark>Complete all tasks</mark> for today or defer them to specific dates and update any stakeholders on the updated timeline.
- [ ] <mark>Attend all meetings</mark> and capture tasks in an inbox, with due dates if possible.
- [ ] <mark>Capture tasks</mark> from all newly arriving emails and assign them a deadline, rough or precise. Don’t overthink it.
- [ ] <mark>Respond to all emails</mark> that arrived before closing hours.
- [ ] <mark>Schedule tasks</mark> in your in-box without due dates, giving them due dates.
- [ ] <mark>Perform a debrief</mark> in your notes application, capturing key themes and insights from the day. Note what went well and what didn’t go well.
- [ ] <mark>Review your schedule</mark> for tomorrow and ensure you’re prepared. List out key goals in your notes application for said meetings.
